Frequently asked questions
Ordering, delivery, testing and returns. If your question isn’t here, our team will help.
Ordering
Add the products you need to your cart and go to checkout. You can order as a guest or create an account to follow your orders later. Enter a full delivery address and a phone number the carrier can reach. Your order confirmation arrives by email straight away.
We currently accept payment by bank transfer. Transfers usually take 1–3 business days to reach us, and your order ships as soon as the payment arrives. Use only your order number as the payment reference.
Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped. Email us with your order number as soon as possible and we’ll update or cancel it. If you’ve already paid, we refund the amount in full. Once the parcel is with the carrier, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Shipping
We dispatch as soon as your payment is confirmed. Times depend on the carrier, so we can’t guarantee an exact date.
In a plain, unmarked parcel with no product names or branding on the outside. Inside, vials are cushioned and secured so they arrive intact. We can’t deliver to parcel lockers, post offices or parcel shops, so please use a home or business address.
Products
Every vial carries a lot number on its label. Look it up in our certificate library, or open the product page, where each published batch is listed. The lot on the certificate should match the one on your vial. If you can’t find it, email us and we’ll send the report.
A few products come as ready-made solutions in fine-mist spray bottles. The format and volume are stated on each product page. We also stock an empty 10 ml spray bottle for aqueous laboratory solutions. It is pre-cleaned but not sterile.
Keep unopened vials sealed in a freezer at −20 °C, dry and protected from light. Once a peptide is in solution, store it at 2–8 °C and avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Where we hold compound-specific storage data, you’ll find it in the specifications on the product page.
Yes. Bacteriostatic water is in our catalogue as a laboratory solvent: sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative, in a sealed container. We don’t provide reconstitution ratios or protocols. Those depend on your study design and should come from your own validated methods.
Quality and testing
Every batch is tested by an independent, ISO 17025-accredited laboratory. The panel covers purity by HPLC, net peptide content, identity by mass spectrometry and appearance, plus screens for contaminants, heavy metals, sterility and endotoxins. Our release standard is 99% purity or higher.
We don’t rely on a manufacturer’s paperwork: every batch is tested again by an independent ISO 17025-accredited lab before we release it for sale.
Returns and support
Because our products are sensitive research materials, we can’t accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. If something is wrong, such as a damaged vial, a wrong item or a lost parcel, contact us and we’ll put it right with a free replacement.
Yes. Everything we sell is supplied for laboratory research by qualified persons. Our products are not medicines and are not for human or veterinary use, or for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose. We don’t give medical, dosing or usage advice. By ordering, you confirm the products will be used for research only.
